The onboarding pack

The five items an instrument needs before Assetera configures its listing: identity, documents, token and network details, market terms, and the receiving account.

You send five items. Assetera configures the listing from them, reviews it, and activates it. The pack is the same for a new instrument, an existing token, and an instrument sold through your own venue. Only the third item changes.

Prepare the onboarding pack

Issuer and instrument identity. Supply the legal issuer, instrument name, identifiers, asset class, and the contacts authorized to approve changes.

Supporting documents. Supply the current, approved customer-facing and regulatory documents in the languages agreed for distribution.

Token and network details. For each network, the deployed token address and what is needed to verify it. For your own settlement venue, the venue address and the call it accepts.

Market and distribution terms. The settlement rail, the currency, the availability window, the channels that carry it, and any customer-facing restrictions. For the bank-transfer rail, the receiving account that investor payments go to.

Review and activation. Assetera validates the configured record and activates it only after the required approvals are complete.

Exact fields depend on the instrument, jurisdiction, and distribution model. Your onboarding pack is the authoritative checklist. Do not infer mandatory fields from another issuer's listing.

Changes after activation

Send catalog, document, token, market, or receiving-account changes to your Assetera contact. Assetera records and reviews a change before it reaches any channel. The people who may approve changes are named in item one, so name them carefully.
